Hyatt House Irvine/John Wayne Airport

Highly recommended! A great stay at a great hotel with superb staff. There had been a major flood in the hotel that was being cleaned up quietly and efficiently. All corridor carpets were being dried with dehumidifiers much in evidence. Not a problem! We had a splendid room with every faciity and very clean. Really comfortable bed. Beautiful shower room. Lovely crisp and clean towels. Really good quality of coffee in the room. A family sized microwave is not normally found in Hotels in the UK. We did not use it however what a splendid idea. We cannot praise the staff enough. A great front desk team - welcoming, efficient, friendly, helpful and ultra-professional. The room cleaning team were very equally friendly and efficient. Excellent breakfasts. A massive thank-you to all!

Breakfast was ok. Could have been great if there was cinnamon available for the oatmeal and almond milk and ice for the coffee.

Clean and organised well. What i was looking for a business travel.

It’s spacious and clean. Their staff are always so friendly and helpful, which makes us feel really comfortable and relaxed. I’ve stayed in this hotel three times, love it so much!
